New to the Patient Portal?

Setting up your account is easy. Here is how to get started:

  1. Ask us for a registration link. Call our office at (385) 333-7123, email administration@peakpaincare.com, or ask a staff member at your next visit. We will send an invitation to your email address.
  2. >Check your email. Look for a message from athenahealth with a link to create your account. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
  3. Create your account. Follow the link, set up your email and password, and you are all set. You can log in at athenahealth.com/patient-login or use the button above.

Access the Portal on Your Phone

The free athenaPatient app gives you easy access to the Patient Portal from your mobile device. Log in with the same email and password you use for the online portal.
