01

Trigger Point Injections

Trigger point injections are used to treat painful muscle knots and areas of tightness known as myofascial trigger points. These injections help relax muscles, improve blood flow, and reduce localized pain. This treatment is particularly effective for muscle-related pain, tension patterns, and certain types of chronic or widespread pain, including fibromyalgia.

02

Epidural Steroid Injections

Epidural steroid injections are targeted, image-guided treatments used to reduce inflammation around irritated spinal nerves. Using fluoroscopy (real-time X-ray guidance), medication is delivered precisely into the epidural space to relieve pain caused by conditions such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and nerve compression. These injections can provide meaningful relief and improve function.

03

Medial Branch Blocks and Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

Medial branch blocks are diagnostic injections used to confirm whether facet joints are the source of back or neck pain. If successful, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) may be performed to provide longer-lasting relief. RFA uses controlled heat to interrupt pain signals from targeted nerves. This is a well-established, evidence-based technique that can provide relief for many months while improving activity and quality of life.

04

Joint and Nerve Injections

Joint and nerve injections are used to treat pain in areas such as the knees, shoulders, hips, sacroiliac joints, and peripheral nerves. Using ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance, medication is precisely delivered to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and improve mobility. These treatments are commonly used for arthritis, injury-related pain, and nerve-related conditions.

05

Ultrasound-Guided Procedures

Ultrasound allows real-time visualization of soft tissues, nerves, and blood vessels without radiation. This technology enhances precision for many injections, particularly in joints, tendons, and peripheral nerves. By improving accuracy, ultrasound guidance helps increase effectiveness while minimizing risk.

06

Regenerative Medicine (PRP)

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses your body’s own healing factors to support tissue repair and reduce pain. A small sample of your blood is processed and concentrated, then injected into the targeted area under ultrasound guidance. PRP is commonly used for joint, tendon, and soft tissue conditions. While not typically covered by insurance, we offer competitive out-of-pocket pricing to make this option accessible.

07

Infusion Therapies

Infusion therapies are used for certain chronic and centralized pain conditions. These treatments are administered in a controlled setting with careful monitoring and are designed to help modulate pain pathways and improve overall pain control. While not typically covered by insurance, we provide transparent and competitive self-pay pricing.

08

Kyphoplasty for Vertebral Compression Fractures

Kyphoplasty is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat painful vertebral compression fractures, often related to osteoporosis. Using image guidance, a balloon is inserted to restore vertebral height, followed by stabilization with medical-grade cement. This procedure can significantly reduce pain and improve mobility, often with rapid recovery.

09

Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) Trials

Spinal cord stimulation is an advanced therapy for chronic pain that has not responded to other treatments. During a trial, temporary leads are placed near the spinal cord to deliver mild electrical signals that alter pain transmission. This allows you to evaluate the benefit before considering a permanent implant.

10

Referral for Surgical Evaluation When Appropriate

When surgery may be beneficial, we help guide you through the process and connect you with the appropriate surgical specialists. Our goal is to ensure that surgery is considered thoughtfully and only when necessary, with continued coordination of your care.

11

Medication Management

Medication management is used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan when appropriate. The focus is on safe, effective use of medications to support pain control and function. Whenever possible, we emphasize non-opioid strategies and integrate medications with procedural and rehabilitative treatments.
